Little Thief
The story takes place during the pandemic in the Moravian town of Strážnice, where Lupyn returns after serving a prison sentence, determined to start a new life. Instead, he becomes entangled in a series of events involving petty criminals, local gangsters, and corrupt police officers. With humour and irony, the film captures the absurdities of the pandemic era, while its authentic atmosphere is enhanced by local non-professional actors and the distinctive Moravian dialect.
